About Our Celeste Salad

A signature salad has to be more than a side, so we built this one around contrast: soft spinach against crunchy candied walnuts, sweet dried cranberries against salty feta, and juicy tomatoes to keep it fresh. The balsamic-honey dressing is made in house and used sparingly, so the leaves stay bright rather than weighed down.

It is fully vegetarian as it comes, and it is one of the more flexible plates on our menu: a satisfying lunch on its own, a shared course before pasta, or a lighter option for guests joining a celebration dinner. Guests who visit our Baseline Road bistro for weekday lunch often make it their standing order.
