About Our Maple Sausage Crostini

This is our favourite kind of dish: an Italian technique with a local accent. The crostini are cut and toasted to order so they stay crisp under the topping, the ricotta is spread thick and cool, and the sausage is crumbled from the same house-made batch we use in our Salsiccia Davinci. A drizzle of maple glaze at the end turns a familiar antipasto into something guests remember.
